We currently do not provide an option to delete measurements. You can however filter out measurements from the list by tapping the 'Filter' button in the 'Your measurements' menu.
It is also possible to leave a note with these measurements so that you know this measurement is not useful. You can do this by tapping the measurement you wish to exclude and then tapping the 'Add note' button.
