The portal has a feature that allows you to log treatments (e.g. an ablation, cardioversion or medication) and diagnostics (e.g. Holter monitor follow-ups). By recording these interventions, you can easily compare your patients’ symptoms and heart rhythm before and after specific procedures. This comparison offers valuable insights into treatment effectiveness and the recurrence of heart rhythm conditions.
The treatment and diagnostics logging feature is enabled automatically, allowing you to start adding logs immediately.
Follow these steps to log a treatment or a diagnostic for a patient
- In the portal, go to “Patients”.
- Select the patient you want to log a treatment or diagnostics for.
- In the Overview, scroll down to “Logs” and click on “+ Add Log”.
To log a treatment
- Click on “Treatment” and enter the date of the treatment and the group your patient is in.
- Select the treatment:

Catheter ablation
- Select the procedure type: Atrial Fibrillation, Atrial Flutter, AV nodal reentrant tachycardia, AV reciprocating tachycardia, Atrial Tachycardia, Idiopathic LV VT, Frequent PVC's/NSVT, Idiopathic PMVT or VF due to PVC trigger or Other.
- Indicate if it's the first time or a redo.
- Select the technology: RF ablation, Cryoablation, PFA ablation, Laser ablation or Other.
- Select the vendor: Biosense Webster, Boston Scientific, Medtronic, Abbott, Acutus or Other.
- Select the blanking period: 1 month, 2 months or 3 months.
- Add a note if necessary.

Cardioversion
- Select the procedure type: Electrical, Pharmacological or Other.
- Add a note if necessary.

Medication
- Select the medication type: Rate control, Anticoagulation, Rhythm control or Other.
- Select the medication protocol: Titration, Daily dosing, Pill in pocket.
- Add a note if necessary.

Catheter ablation
To log a diagnostic
- Click on “Diagnostic result” and enter the date of the treatment and the group your patient is in.
- Select the method: 12 lead ECG, Event recorder, 24H Holter monitor, 48H Holter monitor, 72H Holter monitor, Other Holter monitor duration, Week monitoring, Two week monitoring, Other week monitoring duration, Loop recorder, Hand-held ECG monitor (Apple Watch, Kardia mobile, ...) or Other.
- Select the result: Sinus rhythm, Atrial Fibrillation - persistent or paroxysmal, Atrial Flutter typical or atypical - persistent or paroxysmal, AV nodal reentrant tachycardia, AV reciprocating tachycardia, Atrial Tachycardia, Other supraventricalar tachycardia, Premature ventricular ectopies, Premature atrial ectopies, AV block 1st degree, 2nd degree or 3rd degree, or Other.
- Add a note if necessary.
