If your smartphone has multiple camera lenses , it's important to use the right one for accurate heart rate measurements. Using the wrong camera lens will result in inaccurate measurements or failed readings.
This guide will help you identify and select the correct camera before starting your measurement.

When you reached the ‘Find your camera’ screen, you’ll see a circle showing the camera’s view. Test each camera lens by gently covering it.
✅ You found the right camera when the circle turns dark/red ❌ Wrong camera: the circle isn’t dark/red and shows the surroundings - Found the right camera? Tap ‘Ready’ and place your finger on the camera to start measuring.
Tip: Do not cover the flashlight with your finger. The flash can get hot during the measurement.
