Whenever you tap the ‘Request an expert review’ button one of two things will happen:
- If you have an Essential subscription, you will be sent directly to the payment page. If you complete the steps on this payment page, the expert review will be requested. If you don’t complete the steps, the expert review will not be requested and you will not be charged with any form of payment.
- If you have a Premium subscription or if you are still on your free trial, the expert review will be requested automatically for all anomalous measurements. In this case, you will not be charged with any form of payment since the expert reviews are free during the free trial and the Premium subscription.
Once an expert review has been requested (and - in case of an Essential subscription - all payment steps have been completed), it is no longer possible to cancel an expert review.
