If you are having problems requesting a measurement review, please follow these steps:
- STEP 1: In the app, tap ‘Results’.
- STEP 2: Tap the measurement you want to have reviewed.

STEP 3: Tap ‘Request a review by a medical expert’.

If you have an Essential subscription
- STEP 4: Tap ‘Send this result for review. If you are on an Essential subscription plan, this costs € 9.99 per measurement'.

STEP 5: Select your payment method and enter your payment details to complete your request. You will be sent the review by our medical experts within 48 hours.
In this screen, you can also opt to upgrade your Essential subscription to a Premium subscription. Review requests are included in the price of Premium subscriptions.

You have a Premium subscription or a prescription from your doctor, hospital or employer
- STEP 4: Tap ‘Send this result for review'. You will be sent the review by our medical experts within 48 hours. As review requests are included in the price of Premium subscriptions, no extra fees are involved.
