If you paid your subscription via the App Store or the Google Play Store, follow these steps.
If you have a prescription from your doctor, hospital or a subscription from your insurer, click here.
Subscriptions in the App Store or Google Play Store
- Open the FibriCheck app.
- Tap the gear icon ⚙️ at the top right of the start screen.
- Go to ‘My Subscription’.
- Tap 'Cancel'.
- Specify the reason why you wish to terminate your subscription.
- You will be referred to either the App Store or Play Store. In the App Store or Play Store, tap “FibriCheck” and then tap “Cancel Subscription” or “Cancel your subscription”.
You can also cancel your subscription directly in the App Store or in the Google Play Store:

Please note:
- Your FibriCheck subscription continues to be automatically renewed until you terminate your subscription yourself.
- When you terminate your subscription, you may continue to use our services until the next payment date. To find out exactly when that payment date is, please follow these steps:
- Open the app.
- Tap the gear icon ⚙️ at the top right of the start screen to go to Settings.
- Go to Subscriptions. Here you will see the expiry date of your current subscription
- If you took us up on our offer of a free trial period and you do not wish to start a paid subscription, please make sure you terminate your trial period at least 24 hours before it changes into a paid subscription.
- As a FibriCheck client, you yourself are responsible for administering your subscription. Our Customer Service department is unable to terminate your subscription for you. If you are having problems cancelling your subscription, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us at support@fibricheck.com.
