How do I buy a subscription?

I don't have an account yet

  • STEP 1: Open the FibriCheck app and select 'Create account'.
  • STEP 2: Tap 'Choose your subscription plan'.
  • STEP 3: Enter your personal details, accept the terms of use, the privacy statement and consent to the processing of your measurement results for medical purposes.
  • STEP 4: Choose and confirm a pincode.
  • STEP 5: You will be referred to a screen where you can select the subscription plan of your choice. This is where you can either opt for an Essential or a Premium subscription plan before selecting whether you wish to pay your subscription once a year or in monthly instalments.
  • STEP 6: Follow the steps shown in the App store or Google Play Store to transact your payment. As soon as your Apple ID or Google Play account is linked to FibriCheck you can try out FibriCheck on a 3-day free trial basis. After this free 3-day trial your trial subscription automatically becomes a paid subscription, unless you terminate your subscription at least 24 hours in advance.
  • STEP 7: You are now taken to the start page. Tap 'Start measurement' to start to measure your heart rhythm.

I have an account and I haven't used the Free Trial yet

  • STEP 1: Open the FibriCheck app.
  • STEP 2: Tap the gear icon ⚙️ at the top right of the start screen
  • STEP 3: Tap 'My subscriptions'
  • STEP 4: Tap 'Choose your subscription plan'. 
  • STEP 5: You will be referred to a screen where you can select the subscription plan of your choice. This is where you can either opt for an Essential or a Premium subscription plan before selecting whether you wish to pay your subscription once a year or in monthly instalments.
  • STEP 6: Follow the steps shown in the App store or Google Play Store to transact your payment.   • STEP 6: Confirm your payment.
  • STEP 7: You are now taken to the start page. Tap 'Start measurement' to start to measure your heart rhythm.
