There are different ways to active your prescription, based on your situation.
- If you don't have an account yet, first follow these steps.

I don't have a FibriCheck account yet
| Open the app and tap 'Create account'. | |
| Indicate if you have a prescription. If you don't have a prescription, you won't be able to use the app. |

| Answer the questions to verify your eligibility and tap 'Set up an account'. | |
| Read and acknowledge the 'A few things you should know' screen. | |
| Read the information about FibriCheck and Atrial Fibrillation and tap 'Set up an account'. | |
| Enter your personal details. | |
| Accept the terms of use, the privacy statement and consent to the processing of your measurement results for medical purposes. | |
| Enter your email address and choose a password. Tip: Be sure not to put space(s) after your passwords |

| Choose a pin code. You'll have to enter this code everytime you open the app. | |
| You have now successfully created your account! |
If your phone is not in the list of the clinically validated devices, you can only use the app by enrolling in the FibriCheck US Data Registry. Please follow these steps to do so.

Read the information about the Fibricheck US Data Registry and tap 'I want to learn more'. Read the information about the study and tap 'Next'. |

| Indicate that you understand English and tap 'Next'. | |
| Read and sign the Informed consent screen and tap 'Next'. We will send you a copy of the consent form after signing. |

| Tap Start measuring to start using the app. |
Active your prescription
- STEP 1: Open the FibriCheck app.
- STEP 2: Go to 'Settings' at the bottom of the screen.
- STEP 3: Tap ‘Prescriptions’ in the menu.
- STEP 4: Tap ‘I have a QR code’ to scan your QR code or tap ‘I have a regular code’ to enter your combined alphabetical and numerical characters code. This enables us to link your account to your doctor, allowing them to follow up on your results.
- STEP 5: If you have to pay for the prescription yourself, transact payment by following the steps shown in the app. Or go to payments.fibricheck.com and enter the code shown underneath the QR code.
- STEP 6: You are now taken to the start page. Tap 'Start measurement' to start to measure your heart rhythm.
