If you cannot request a new password, this means that you did not activate your email address. Please activate your account as FibriCheck can only send a password reset to activated email addresses. To activate your email address:
- Look for the email that FibriCheck has sent you (Subject: "Activate your account!" or "Get started with FibriCheck") right after registration
- To activate your account, click on the button "Validate" in that e-mail.
