After completing the registration process, FibriCheck will send you an email to activate your account. You will receive the email on the email address that you used during the registration process.
You did not receive this email?
- Check if the email is in your spam file
- Check if the email address that you used to create your FibriCheck account, is correct:
- Open the FibriCheck smartphone app and tap 'Settings' > 'Personal information'
- Not correct? Visit: https://app.fibricheck.com/ > login with the email address that is currently linked to your FibriCheck account > choose the settings icon (
) in the upper right corner and click on the pencil to change your email address
- Send an email to support@fibricheck.com and ask to re-send the activation email to your updated email address
