How do I consult my patients’ results?

My patients use FibriCheck on prescription

You can monitor your patient’s results and measurements through the doctor's portal or through the email summary you are sent by us. 

Please note: Only patients who have activated a FibriCheck prescription using an activation code will be displayed in your portal. Your portal will not show patients who took out a subscription by themselves (see below).

• Doctor's portal
  You can consult your patients’ results in your FibriCheck portal at any time. 

  Follow the steps shown below to consult the results:

  1. Log in to your portal
  2. Click “My Patients” and search for the patient by his/her name. You can use various filter options.
  3. Click “Measurements” or “Reports” to see the details of a measurement or a measurement period.

• Email summary
  Each day, you will receive an email summary sent to your account’s primary email address.

  This email details:

  • The name of each patient who has been found to show an irregular heart rhythm. 
  • A summary of the patients whose prescription has ended.

Every patient is also assigned a priority label in the summary screen:

• • Green: no abnormal rhythm was established in the measurements
  • Orange: irregular rhythms established that are not atrial fibrillation/auricular fibrillation.
  • Red: Suspected atrial fibrillation / auricular fibrillation 

Please note: As a doctor, you yourself are responsible for informing your patients as and when necessary.

My patient took out a FibriCheck subscription by himself/herself

Your patient will bring in a printed FibriCheck report when he/she comes in to see you or send you the report by email. Click here to see a measurement report specimen.
