Please bear in mind that if you decide to delete your account, we will delete your entire profile, all your personal details and all your measurements. To temporarily stop using FibriCheck, tap ‘Settings’ and then tap ‘Log out’. This will allow you to continue to view your details and measurement results later on.
If you are sure you want to permanently delete your account, follow the steps shown below:
STEP 1: Open the FibriCheck app on your smartphone and enter your pin number.
STEP 2: Tap the gear icon ⚙️ at the top right of the start screen.
STEP 3: Tap 'Profile information'
STEP 4: Scroll down and tap ‘Delete account’. In the next screen, tap ‘I want to delete my account’.
STEP 5: State a reason why you want to stop using FibriCheck and then tap ‘Confirm and delete’.

STEP 6: Enter your pin number to confirm the deletion of your account.
Your account has been successfully deleted. You can now also delete the application from your smartphone.
If you no longer have the app, you can delete your account on this page.
Please note that deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. You thus need to cancel your subscription before deleting your account.
