This means that you already have an account with the email address you’re trying to create an account with. Please follow these steps to log into the app.
- Close the app and re-open it.
- On the start screen, tap ‘Sign in’.
It’s not necessary to create a new account because you already have a FibriCheck-account. This because you probably have downloaded/used the app before. - Enter your email address and your password. Did you forget your password? Tap ‘Oops, I forgot my password’ to reset your password.
- You are now logged into your account.
